FAQ

Common questions about informal care networks, devices, and privacy.

Who is Care Circles for?

Families and informal caregivers supporting someone at home — not care facilities. Professional SentraCare customers continue to use the existing B2B products.

Do circle members need a care organization?

No. A circle organizer signs up directly, provisions the household, and invites members. The circle maps onto SentraCare’s proven multi-tenant model under the hood.

What happens when a sensor raises an alarm?

Alerts flow through SentraCare’s existing notification pipeline to the mobile app. Home circles use member-based routing instead of facility check-in.

How is privacy handled?

Access is limited to invited circle members. Consent and data-minimization practices will be part of invite and onboarding flows; details will expand as legal review completes.

Can someone belong to more than one circle?

Yes — for example organizing a parent’s circle while also helping a neighbor. Multi-circle membership is part of the product design.
